Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed and payment has been received in full. Under normal circumstances, orders are usually shipped the next business day if the item is in stock. We will contact you if a certain item is not in stock or the color requested is not available.

We do offer all the expedited services UPS provide. Please remember that we cannot ship to P.O. Box address, there must be a valid street address on each order. On orders that require Freight Company delivery, a valid phone number must be provided. The Freight Company requires making an appointment with the client prior to setting up delivery. In the case of a refusal of delivery, customer must contact the Freight Company directly and make arrangements for the freight.

Returns and Exchanges
BJMoto does not accept returns. For exchanges, please contact customer service at BJMoto.com for a R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return mailing address. All products must be in unused, re-sellable condition in their original packaging, with all parts, including manuals, accessories, etc. Products will not be considered for exchange if they have been ridden, used, worn, abused, or damaged in any way. Products must be returned for exchange within 3 days of the purchase date.

To prepare the product for return shipment, please follow these guidelines:
Re-pack the product in its original packaging the way it was when it arrived, including all parts, accessories, manuals and packing material.
Include a copy of your original sales invoice.
Include a brief explanation of the reason for return.
Clearly print your R.M.A. number on the return shipping label on the outside of the box.
We recommend that returns be sent via UPS or another courier that issues a tracking number. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping. YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH THE TRACKING INFO WHEN REQUESTED.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For refunds, credit will be applied to the account through which the payment was originally made within 3-6 weeks of the product's receipt. For exchanges, the replacement products(s) will be shipped within 1 to 3 weeks of the receipt of the returned product(s). Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit. Returns that do not follow the above guidelines may be denied. Items returned without an R.M.A. number may not be credited for refund or exchange. There is a 25% restocking fee on all refunds.
